A builder's company, run on a simple idea

Founded in Las Vegas, we are developers and builders both — originating our own residential and commercial projects while delivering trade services for public and institutional clients. We believe the most valuable thing on any job site is trust, documented. Every engagement begins with a written scope. Every crew works to mandated checkpoints, photographed and approved before work proceeds. Every service provider knows the job, the timetable, and the payment terms before the first hour of labor. In an industry famous for ambiguity, we sell certainty.

We are an active, registered federal contractor — enrolled in SAM.gov with the Unique Entity ID and CAGE code any agency can verify — and we bring the disciplines federal work demands to every client, public or private. We serve the Las Vegas valley and Nevada, the surrounding West (California, Arizona, Utah, Oregon, Washington), and the U.S. Virgin Islands, where we team with established local firms on federally supported recovery and resilience work, with Puerto Rico as the natural next chapter.

Our Vision

Building community — from downtown Las Vegas outward

Downtown Las Vegas — the city's original blocks — is in the middle of a genuine renaissance, and we intend to spend years contributing to it: more housing in more forms, tired buildings restored rather than erased, maintenance treated as a civic act, and trade jobs for the people of the neighborhoods being improved. Revitalization done right fills gaps and hires locally. That is our standard, and we invite the community to hold us to it.

Beyond downtown lies the fastest-changing region in America — the valley, Nevada, and the West — where we grow one market at a time: verify local licenses, recruit local trades, deliver documented work, pay on stated terms. And beyond the mainland, the American promise extends to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands — American communities whose federally supported rebuilding deserves contractors of documented integrity. Development is where our convictions become addresses. REIT Service Group is an active residential and commercial developer in Las Vegas, with several projects currently in the works — concentrated where we believe the city's next chapter is being written: downtown, in the historic corridor where Las Vegas was born and where its revival is now unmistakable.

In the works today: a boutique residential community of thirty-six homes on downtown's east side, designed to bring well-built, thoughtfully scaled housing to blocks that already carry the infrastructure — and the character — to welcome it; and, on the corridor's eastern gateway, a larger mixed-use town-center vision — hundreds of residences above shops, dining, and public space — conceived to anchor the next generation of downtown living. Around these anchors, additional residential and commercial opportunities across the valley are in various stages of planning and pursuit.

Every project we originate carries the same DNA as every job we deliver: written scopes, documented milestones, local trades hired first, and a finished product the neighborhood is glad to live beside. We develop the way we build — patiently, transparently, and for the decades, not the ribbon-cutting.
